This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the Petitioner praying to amend the cause title in the place of 5th Respondent as "The Sub Registrar, Vallam, Gingee Taluk, Villupuram District", instead of "Sub Registrar, Avarapakkam, Tindivanam, Villupuram District" and in the place of 6th Respondent as "Arunachalam S/o. Perumal (late) Melperadikuppam Village, Theevanur Post, Tindivanam Taluk, Villupuram District", instead of "Arunachalam S/o. Pavadai, Melperadikuppam Village, Theevanur Post, Tindivanam Taluk, Villupuram District".

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
