The petitioner has filed the above Contempt Petition to punish the respondent for disobedience of the order dated 25.06.2014 made in W.P.No.15378 of 2005. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Page 1 / 2

Contempt Petition No.1565 of 2019 2.On a perusal of the order dated 25.06.2014, it could be seen that the petitioner had filed the Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Certiorari to quash the order dated 23.02.2005 passed by the 1st respondent. This Court allowed the Writ Petition by quashing the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent and the consequential charge memo issued by the 2nd respondent against the petitioner. The petitioner has not sought for any Mandamus. When the impugned order was quashed by this Court, no further direction was given to the respondents. When no such direction was given, the filing of the Contempt Petition cannot be entertained. 3.In such view of the matter, the Contempt Petition is closed.
