O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner made a submission that the matter has been settled between the parties out of Court and the settlement was also entered between the parties vide Terms of Settlement dated 18.11.2014 and the second respondent workman is now working with the writ petitioner's management. This apart the compensation amount of Rs.80,000/- has been disbursed to the workman. In this view of the matter, the writ petitioner is permitted to withdraw the amount already deposited, in pursuant to the orders of this Court and thus, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.
