(CRIME NO.207/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant orders extension of time entitling the Petitioner to furnish the sureties to satisfaction of the learned XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai in Crl.O.P.No.15313/2021 in Cr.No.207/2021 on the file of S.I Of Police, Vishnu Kanchi Police Station, Kancheepuram District and pass such further or other orders as deemed fit and just and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of D.N.DHURGASHA, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN Govt. Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 26.08.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.15313 of 2021 to execute sureties.
