Respondents PRAYER: This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue an order of Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the first respondent in connection with the impugned award in I.D. No. 31/2005 pronounced on 21.06.2007 and published on 01.08.2007 and quash the same in so far as the said award denies wage revision with effect from 01.01.2004 and also on the issues of VDA/HRA, Canteen, Grade change, Earned Leave etc. that is to say in so far as the petitioner demands in the claim statement has not been fully accorded and to pass such further orders.
