Prayer:- Writ Appeal filed under Clause 15 of Letters Patent Act, to set aside the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.22125 of 2014 dated 08.09.2014.

W.P.No.22125 of 2014:

Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent Board to include the name of the petitioner in the selection list of candidates for the post of P.G. Assistant (English) and consequently select and appoint the petitioner based upon the certificate verification conducted on 23.10.2013 and pursuant to the certificate issued by the respondent Board dated 23.10.2013 accepting the qualifications of the petitioner within a time frame.

JUDGMENT

The respondent, on receipt of the order of appointment, joined the service.

2. The appellant challenged the order dated 08 September, 2014 in W.P.No.22125 of 2014 setting aside the order passed by the Teachers Recruitment Board, rejecting the case of the respondent for appointment. Now that the respondent got employment by participating in the subsequent selection process, nothing survives for adjudication.
