ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 3rd respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner in Survey No.66/3A & B, Kayanallur Village, Kancheepuram District as per the directions of the 2nd respondent letter in Na.Ka.No.K2/7329105/2024 dated 10.05.2024.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 13.03.2024 with a request for issuance of patta to the petitioner, the second respondent vide proceedings dated 10.05.2024 directed the third respondent for disposing the petitioner's representation, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the 2/4

respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.03.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
