This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 10084 of 2025, dated 04.04.2025 that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police twice in a week at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 10084 of 2025, dated 04.04.2025 that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police twice in a week at 10:30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed.
