This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 01.08.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.17866 of 2022 to execute separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two blood related sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Tharangambadi, Mayiladuthurai District.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Tharangambadi, Mayiladuthurai District and the petitioners shall surrender and execute the bond, on or before 14.09.2022.
