This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 24.08.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.19839 of 2022 to stay at Sriperumbudur and report before the Sriperumbudur Town Police Station twice daily at 10.30.a.m and 5.30.p.m.

for a period of four weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30.a.m and 5.30.p.m for a period of four weeks.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner did not comply the condition even a single day.

3. Considering the above said submission, this Court finds no grounds to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19839 of 2022.

Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
