ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 13.02.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.5785 of 2022, thereby directed the respondent to count 50% of service rendered by the petitioner in the fifth respondent for the purpose of pensionary benefits and grant benefits within a period of eight weeks. 2.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondent vide government order in G.O.(2D) No.91 dated 13.09.2024. He also produced a copy of the order dated 13.09.2024 before this Court.

Recording the above submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed.
