Cont.P.No.3031 of 2024 The Contempt Petition has been filed for punishing the respondents for having not obeyed the orders of this Court dated 22.09.2023 made in W.P.No.27832 of 2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents, by producing a copy of the proceedings dated 11.12.2024 of the 1st respondent, issued in G.O.(2D) No.149, before this Court, submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. The said submission has been affirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
