This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair order and decreetal order dated 29.04.2019 passed in I.A.No.118 of 2018 in H.M.O.P.No.52 of 2018 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Chidambaram.

appearing for the respondent would submit that the matter has been settled out of Court and therefore nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
