ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.No.491 of 2025 in para 6(b) on 22.05.2025, thereby directing the petitioner to report before the jurisdictional Judicial Magistrate from Monday to Friday at 10.30 am., and report before the respondent police on Saturdays and Sundays at 10.30 am., until further orders.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

It is seen that while granting bail, this Court by an order dated 22.05.2025 in Crl.A.No.491 of 2025, imposed one of the conditions that, the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional Judicial Magistrate from Monday to Friday at 10.30 am., and report before the respondent police on Saturdays and Sundays at 10.30 am.,
until further orders. To relax the said condition, the petitioner filed the present petition.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as an when required for interrogation. 6.
Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
