Comp.A.Nos.257 & 299 of 2024 in C.P.No.57 of 1998 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J By these applications, the applicant seeks to implead the auction purchaser as third respondent.
2. Ms.S.P.Arthi, learned counsel, who appears for the auction purchaser has no objection to these applications being allowed.
3. Since a sale certificate was issued in favour of the auction purchaser, the auction purchaser is a necessary party. Consequently, these applications are allowed as prayed for and the applicant is directed to carryout the consequential amendments in C.A.Nos.193 & 194 of 2024 on or before 06.09.2024 and serve a copy of the amended applications on the other parties within a week thereafter.
