K.C.KARL MARX, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN, Counsel for Govt.Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 24.09.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.17647 of 2021 to execute sureties.
