Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e. 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble court in Crl.MP.No.4767 of 2021 in Crl.MP.No.7575/2020 in Crl.OP.No.13789/2020 dated 20.04.2021.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.KANNADASAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13789 of 2020 on 25.09.2020.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect that the second petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and the first and third petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and thereafter, the petitioners are directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates without fail.
