O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey the land situated in S.No.73/2C2 with an extent of 0.45.80 (1.13 cents) ares at Moondrampatti Village, Uthangarai Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

2. According to the petitioner, the property to an extent of 1.43 cents in S.No.73/2C2 was allotted to his share in partition that had taken place in his family on 10.01.2012, which was registered as Doc.No.161/2012. The petitioner submitted a representation to the second respondent for survey of the property allotted to him under partition deed and the same was opposed by some of the neighbours. Therefore, the petitioner has come by way of this Writ Petition.

3. Mr. A.M.Ayyadurai, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered after issuing notice to the rival claimants.

4. It is seen from the records that the petitioner also paid necessary charges for surveying the property. In these circumstances, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.07.2024 for surveying the property allotted to him under partition deed and pass necessary orders on merits, after issuing notice to all the interested parties within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
