ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner/accused to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.4 of 2024 dated 02.01.2024 on the file of the respondent within a stipulated time.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation is already over and the charge sheet has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Namakkal, and therefore, there is nothing survives for adjudication.
