This Petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the judgment and decree dated 21.06.2013 made in O.S.No.287 of 2008 on the file of the I Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore and the judgment and decree dated 12.09.2017 made in AS.No.74 of 2013 on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Court at Coimbatore pending disposal of the main second appeal.

2.Since this Court is convinced with the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Petition, the Petition ordered as prayed for.
