Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1-6 herein to remove the debris and thick bushes in the premises of Respondents 7 & 8 herein.

ORDER

The petitioner complaints about failure of the Corporation Authorities to direct removal of the debris by respondents 7 and 8 from their property. 2.Ms.P.T.Ramadevi, learned Standing Counsel for Chennai Corporation entered appearance for the respondent 1 to 6 and would submit that it is 2/5

private property of respondent 7 and 8, where they have demolished the existing structure.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would now submit that the debris at the property of respondent 7 and 8 poses health hazard to the petitioner, inasmuch as the petitioner's property is situate next to the property of the respondents 7 and 8.

4.Without getting into the merit of the dispute, this Court merely directs the Corporation Authorities/respondents 1 to 6 to consider the representation of the petitioner and to dispose of the same after hearing both the parties and within the framework of law. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
