ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for non compliance of the orders dated 19.11.2021 made in WP.No.24770 of 2021 by this Court, thereby directed the respondents herein to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 06.09.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and giving an opportunity of hearing, pass orders to issue patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the land comprised in S.No.2 (Old Baimash No.59), to an extent of 0.95 cents, S.No.3 (Old Baimash No.59) to an extent of 5.80 acres, S.No.20 to an extent of 0.64 cents, S.No.22 to an extent of 2.25 acres and S.No.23 to an extent of 3.10 acres situated in Kempa Chathiram Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

2. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by order dated 12.09.2022 of the third respondent herein.
