This Writ Petition has been filed, to direct the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the panel of the year 2006 in accordance with his seniority, for promotion to the post of Co-operative Audit Officer and to promote him retrospectively with effect from the date on which his immediate juniors were promoted with all monetary and other consequential service benefits including arrears of pay https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Mr.R.Prem Narayan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
