ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed in Crl.Op.No.13013 of 2026 dated 20.05.2026.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police strongly objected the application, however fairly conceded that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions made on either sides and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed in Crl.Op.No.13013 of 2026 dated 20.05.2026. Accordingly, the condition that "the petitioner shall stay at Tindivanam and report before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Tindivanam daily twice at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 P.M until further orders" is modified to the effect that "the petitioner to report before the learned Special Judge for Exclusive Trial under POCSO Act, Chennai on alternative days at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders". The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered.
