Crl.MP.No.13940 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.18489 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.18489 of 2022, order dated 10.08.2022 that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police every daily at 10.30a.m., and 5.30 p.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition.
4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.18489 of 2022, on 10.08.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
5. With the above direction, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
