This Petition has been filed to permit Mrs.Chandra Vijayan, the 2nd attesting witness to the last Will and Testament of late Mrs.Mythili to adduce evidence before this Court through video conferencing. 2.Learned counsel for the Applicant would contend that initially Mr.R.Sridharan, who is one of the attestor was proposed to be examined as PW2, however due to his bad health, he could not come and depose before this Court. Hence, the Applicant preferred this Application to examine Mrs.Chandra Vijayan, the 2nd attesting witness to the last Will and Testament of late Mrs.Mythili to adduce evidence before this Court through video conferencing.

3.It is represented that Mrs.Chandra Vijayan is none other than the second respondent and co-sister of the deceased. Since the identity was not disputed and she is already party respondent to this proceedings, the evidence of Mrs.Chandra Vijayan shall be recorded through video conferencing by the learned III Additional Master on 09.09.2024. 4.To the above said limited extent, this Application is ordered and the second Respondent shall produce her aadhar card by way of e-mail. 16.08.2024 sai https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
