Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to regularise th services of the petitioners against the regular vacancies of Pharmacists in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.335, dated 12.11.2015 before recruiting fresh candidate from the open market.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to regularise the service of the petitioner as Pharmacists as per G.O.Ms.No.335 dated 12.11.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. This Court had already dealt with a similar issue in W.P.No.14122 of 2023 etc., batch and this Court, by an order dated 15.07.2024, allowed the writ petition.

4. Therefore, in the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.14122 of 2023 etc., batch, dated 15.07.2024, this writ petition is allowed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
