This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners on 20.06.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.8374 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.8351 of 2023 to execute the sureties.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioners are directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 11.09.2023, failing which, anticipatory bail granted by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
