This petition has been filed to condone a delay of 181 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case in Crl.R.C.SR.No.37180 of 2026.

2.Mr.

M.M.I.Khaleel, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), appearing for the respondent, submits that he has no objection to this petition to condone the delay being allowed.

3.Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition on hand, and the learned counsel for the respondent has no objection, the delay of 181 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case in Crl.R.C.SR.No. 37180 of 2026 is condoned.

4.Thus, the petition is ordered.

5.Registry is directed to number the main case if it is otherwise in order and post it on 20.07.2026 under the caption "For Admission".
