ORDER
Assailing the impugned order passed by the Labour Court, Kancheepuram made in I.A.Sr.No.1906 of 2026 filing No.2748 of 2023 in Standing Order Appeal No.1 of 2023, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.
2. Though this Writ Petition has been filed seeking larger relief, however, at the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner restricted his prayer and submitted that it would suffice if this Court issues a direction to the Labour Court, Kancheepuram where the Standing Order Appeal No.1 of 2023 is pending consideration to dispose of the same within the reasonable time fixed by this Court.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent has no objections to the said order being passed.

In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the Labour Court, Kancheepuram to dispose of the Standing Order Appeal No.1 of 2023 filed by the petitioner herein within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
