(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) This is a Public Interest Litigation seeking to assail Section 213 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 as unconstitutional. The various affected parties have already filed the writ petitions in this behalf being W.P.Nos.16564 of 2009, 12203 of 2014, 18679 of 2014, 31249 of 2014 and 5873 of 2015.

2. We see no purpose in keeping this writ petition separately alive and dispose of the same with liberty to the learned counsel for the petitioner to assist us in those matters on the next date fixed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

as 3rd September, 2015. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2012 is closed.
