To quash the case in Crime No.2366 of 2020 on the file of the Vettavallam Police Station, Tiruvannamalai District, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

apd/sms 2.When the matter is takenup for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that in this case, investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruvannamalai and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.446 of 2023.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
