Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st to 6th respondents to take steps and restrain the 7th to 14th respondents from disturbing the fishing rights of the petitioner in the lagoon situated to the Northern side of the Mannavaram Island and extends for a length of 30 Km between the west side of Kodiyakkadu and the Valavanar River as common to the people of every village in that locality based on the petitioner's representation dated 01.07.2024.
