This petition has been filed to direct the Respondent Police to file appropriate final report before the concerned Magistrate Court in Crime No.294 of 2022 pending on the file of the respondent police.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that earlier HCP No.2234 of 2022 was filed before this Court seeking for the very same relief. The said petition was disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to produce the missing person as and when his whereabouts are found out. Accordingly, the missing person was produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Poonamallee on 13.02.2023 at 10.00 a.m. In view of the same, a closure report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Poonamallee after serving the RCS notice on the defacto complainant. A copy of the closure report was also produced before this Court and a copy was also served on the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.In view of the above, this criminal original petition is closed. 04.08.2023 Index : Yes/No Speaking order:Yes/No ssr To 2/4
