This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for police protection based on the complaint/representation made by the petitioner on 06.07.2023.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the earlier compliant given by the petitioner was enquired by the third respondent and parties agreed to go and work out their remedy before the Family Court. Thereafter, yet another complaint has been given to the 4th respondent and same is pending and the 2/5

petitioner is not co-operating for the enquiry. 3.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, it is left open to the petitioner to file an application under Section 156

(3) of Cr.P.C before the concerned Magistrate Court and seek for a direction. Except giving this clarity, no further orders can be passed in this criminal original petition.
