2. It is seen from records that an FIR has already been registered in Crime No.877 of 2019 before the respondent police, based on the complaint given by the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report or a closure report in Crime No.877 of 2019, as the case may be within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
