This Criminal Original Petition has been filed with an innocuous prayer to direct the respondent Police to file final report and as such, this petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
2. The learned counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that if three months time is granted, the final report in accordance with law will be filed.
3.
