The husband has initiated proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.90 of 2023 on the file of the Sub Court at Arakkonam. The petitioner wife is a resident of Annanur at Chennai. Hence, she seeks for transfer from Arakkonam to Poonamallee.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the Family Court at Tiruvallur would be midway for both the parties.

3. I find considerable force in the said submission.

4. As both the parties are willing to contest the same before the Family Court at Thiruvallur, H.M.O.P.No.90 of 2023 on the file of the Sub Court, Arakkonam is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court at Thiruvallur.

5. Accordingly, the Tr.C.M.P. is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 05.04.2024 Index : Yes/No Sgl 2/2
