PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus,calling for the entire records connected with the order of the Second Respondent herein vide TPDA No.946 of 2024 dated 05.07.2024 in CPT No.12 of 2024 dated 04.07.2024 passed against the petitioner's husband (Advocate) detenue namely D.Alexis Sudharkar @ Alex S/o. Durairaj aged about 49 years, who is confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai and set aside the same, consequently, directing the respondents herein to produce the body and person of the detenue before this Honble Court and set him liberty. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) Mr.E.Raj Thilak, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the impugned order of detention has already been revoked by the competent Authority,viz., Advisory Board and thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken.

2. In view of the above submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed. It is needless to state that such an order is to be communicated to the detenue without causing any loss of time.
