This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai to expedite the trial in the above C.C.No.2146 of 2017. 2.

Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai to complete the trial in C.C.No.2146 of 2017, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the Trial.
