It is represented by the learned counsel for the first respondent-University that the Certificates as prayed for by the petitioner, have already been returned by the University to the petitioner. In view of the same, nothing further survives for adjudication in this matter. The Writ Petition is accordingly closed. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous petition is closed.
