..Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the orders of the third respondent in his proceedings in Pen.19/I/Rev/11901579/09-10/ADK, dated 02.02.2010 and quash the same and direct the respondents to revise and pay the pension based on the proposal of the 5th respondent made in his proceedings in ROC No.484/A1/2009, dated 20.10.2009 and as per the G.O.Ms.No.202, School Education (G2) Department, dated 24.09.2008 with all consequential monetary benefits.

O R D E R

When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the third respondent has stated that the benefits sought for in the above writ petition were already settled and issued orders vide letter No.p19/02/Rev/2011-12/21901579 dated 11.10.2011 and the same has been mentioned in para-5 in the counter affidavit filled by the third respondent. Therefore, he prays that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous.

2.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the third respondent, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
