No.G4/19991/2011 dated 08.03.2012 and the order in R.C.No.A1/727/2012 (Zone-15) dated 12.03.2012 of the second respondent herein and quash the same in so far as the same relates to the petitioner herein and consequentially direct the first respondent herein to allow the petitioner herein to continue in the services of the Chennai City Municipal Corporation with pay protection, continuity of service and pay arrears of salary and other benefits in accordance with law.
