PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue Writ of Mandamus for a direction to consider the representation dated 30.05.2025 made to the respondents and consequently direct the respondents to cancellation of this Fradulent Patta number 10309 in Elambalur Village and the issuance of a separate patta in the petitioner name for the entire 0.08 cents in Old Survey No.356/1, 356/2 and new Survey No.356/1A1AA, which the petitioner legally acquired on 24.07.2009 via document No.4858/2009.
