Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to issue patta in respect of the property of vacant land measuring to an extent of 33 cents or 14388 sq.f.t situated at Yadhaval Street, Pattravakkam, Chennai, comprised in survey No.195/4 of Pattaravakkam Village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District upon considering the application of the petitioner dated 13.08.2020 for issuance of patta within the period that may be stipulated by this Court. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to issue patta in respect of the property comprised in survey No.195/4 admeasuring to an extent of 33 cents or 14388 sq.f.t situated at Yadhaval Street, Pattaravakkam Village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District upon considering the application of the petitioner dated 13.08.2020 for issuance of patta.

2. Heard, Mr.S.Arivazhagan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation of the petitioner dated 13.08.2020, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and giving an opportunity of hearing, pass orders to issue patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the land comprised in survey No.195/4 admeasuring to an extent of 33 cents or 14388 sq.f.t situated at Yadhaval Street, Pattaravakkam Village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
