2. By a common order dated 01.11.2023, the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5870 of 2023 and the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6065 of 2023 were granted bail on certain conditions. But, now, the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6065 of 2023 has alone filed this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition for modification of the Condition No.6(i) as far as this petitioner is concerned.

3. In view of the averments made in this petition for modification, the Condition No.(i) in Paragraph No.6 of the common order dated 01.11.2023 passed in Crl.M.P.No.5870 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.474 of 2023 and Crl.M.P.No.6065 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.490 of 2023 insofar as it relates to this petitioner alone is modified, and the same shall be read as follows: Page No. 1 of 3

"The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-, with two independent sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Kallakurichi."
