K.Balaji v. The Chief Engineer
W.M.P. No.27333 of 2025 in W.P. No.24285 of 2025 W.M.P. No.27333 of 2025 in W.P. No.24285 of 2025 M.SUNDAR,J., and HEMANT CHANDANGOUDAR, J., (Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.) This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity]. 2.
Captioned WMP has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of 'original notice dated 13.05.2025 bearing reference Notice No.1036/P/A/2025' (hereinafter 'impugned notice' for the sake of convenience and clarity).
3.
Mr.P.M.Bakthavatsalam, learned counsel representing Mr.K.Arunprasad, learned counsel on record for writ petitioners, is before us.
4.
Learned counsel for writ petitioners submits that the original impugned notice was not served on the writ petitioners and it was only affixed in the premises and therefore, photocopy of the impugned notice was filed along with the typed set of papers and that has necessitated the captioned WMP.

W.M.P. No.27333 of 2025 in W.P. No.24285 of 2025 M.SUNDAR,J., and HEMANT CHANDANGOUDAR, J., mmi 5.
Taking into account the fact that the authenticity of the impugned notice is not subjected to contestation or disputation, as a one off case, we are considering the dispense with prayer making it clear that in the days to come, adequate articulation in the support affidavit is imperative.
6.
In the light of the narrative thus far, dispense with prayer is acceded to. Captioned WMP is ordered as prayed for. (M.S.J.) (H.C.J.) 10.07.2025 mmi (3/3) W.M.P. No.27333 of 2025 in W.P. No.24285 of 2025 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
