This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply the order and surety by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12462 of 2024 on 07.06.2024.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner could not able to mobilize the funds and as such, the petitioner is unable to comply the conditions of this Court issued on 07.06.2024. Hence, this petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as nature of offences, this petition is ordered and one month time is extended to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
