C.M.P.Nos.15453, 15458 & 15456 of 2022 C.M.P.Nos.15453, 15458 & 15456 of 2022 in S.A.No.1394 of 2005 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., C.M.P.No.15453 of 2022 has been filed to condone the delay of 3052 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent in the above Second Appeal.

2. C.M.P.No.15458 of 2022 has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased 2nd respondent, being the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent, as respondents 9 to 12 in the above Second Appeal.

3. C.M.P.No.15456 of 2022 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Though notice has been served on the proposed respondents 9 & 10, there is no representation for them, either in person or through counsel.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, in C.M.P.Nos.15453, 15458 & 15456 of 2022 are ordered.

6. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in S.A.No.1394 of 2005 within the period of two weeks and post the matter on 19.12.2022. 21.11.2022 gbi https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
