ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent herein to measure the petitioner's agricultural lands comprised in survey no.306/8A, 306/8C, 307/1A & 307/2A, totally measuring an extent of 1.80 acres situated at Thatchambody Revenue Village, Chetpet Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District and to fix boundary stones in the aforementioned agricultural lands.

The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner submitted application to survey his agricultural lands comprised in survey no.306/8A, 306/8C, 307/1A & 307/2A, totally measuring an extent of 1.80 acres situated at Thatchambody Revenue Village, Chetpet Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District and fix boundary stones. He also paid requisite fees before the official concerned.

3. Considering the above, the third and fourth respondents are directed to survey the petitioner's agricultural lands comprised in survey no.306/8A, 306/8C, 307/1A & 307/2A, totally measuring an extent of 1.80 acres situated at Thatchambody Revenue Village, Chetpet Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District after issuance of notice to the adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, and fix boundary stones within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
